The lighting is one of the key aspects to consider in a home, but sometimes go unnoticed and not pay too much attention. With good lighting, for example, with the hobby lobby lamps of Warisan Lighting, you can accentuate areas, create environments, highlight textures and give a sense of spaciousness. For a long time, a light was an issue that had more to do with decoration than being part of the architectural project, but this trend was changing and we moved to a time when the integration of technical light within architecture acquired great importance.
Adequate lighting is the one that gives light in a homogeneous way but also the one that allows creating environments. Light presents different temperatures and its correct use can help us to optimize the development of work or reading tasks. Now, each room of the house has its own premise when dealing with lighting:

1. Lighting for the dining room

To illuminate the dining room, the best option is to use one or several ceiling lamps that go down on the dining table (just in the upper plane of the eyes, so as not to dazzle). You can play with light gorges to generate a soft general lighting.

2. Lighting for the kitchen

To illuminate the kitchen correctly and that we can easily visualize cupboard and drawer funds, we will have general and occasional luminaries.

3. Lighting for bedrooms

For the distribution of lighting in the bedrooms, I recommend one or more zenith main lights (depending on the size of the bedroom), for general lighting.

On bedside tables, the most suitable thing is to accompany with table lamps or apply to the head. Keep in mind that the best light to read is the one that illuminates the book from above, so having lamps with adjustable head and articulating arm is the best option.

We will use spot light in work areas, closets or mirrors. If there is space for a reading chair, it is convenient to accompany it with a reading lamp.
If you have a corner for breakfast or you have an island, put a ceiling lamp suspended in that area. In this way, you will get two environments in the same space.

You can also illuminate the work area on the countertop, with aluminum profiles with LED strips installed on the lower part of the kitchen's high furniture. You will light the entire countertop without overshadowing while you cook.

4. Lighting for the study

If we have a study area, a desktop with light regulation will help us to concentrate and not have visual fatigue. Avoid intense contrasts of light and shade in the environment. It is also a good option to place a pendant lamp on the reading or work plane.
