How do I make & send a virtual birthday card from mobile phone?

I want to make my grandaughter a birthday card that i can send from my phone since i live an hour away from her. I need help ! Any suggestions on how to do this ?

Ann, there are so many online cards companies. If you want to pay a little for a really nice one I believe Hallmark has a site, or check out the free ones. Send her a couple one funny and one loving...its free. Just google - online cards...then choose..smile
Go online and google free Birthday card app. Lots will come up. Select one you like for your precious loved one and email it to her!! The directions are very easy to follow.
Not sure what kind of phone you have, but on Android, you can take a photo and then add "decorations" in the camera app, including texts.
Another option is to send her a "gif" which is a super short video (like 3 or four seconds). There are tons of them online. Just Google "birthday gif" and then you can share it to messenger. (again, that is android, not sure about apple).
