hi there my family and I just moved in to a smaller home excuse my mess still trying to unpack figuring out where to put everything 😊
anyways I don’t like the brown color on the cabinets can anyone give me ideas what color I should paint them
Painting them a light color will make the room feel larger! A light sage might look good if you're going for a Farmhouse flare!
Wow! Interesting house! Love the ceiling. Until you decide on any renovations, just paint the existing cabinets inside and out and you will feel much better. Considering the ceiling, I might even go with a light Terra cotta color.
Love the ceiling, please don't paint over it!!!! Look over these pictures and see if you find a color for your cabinets you really like. I'm getting ready to move now, I understand your mess!

My cabinets were laminent grey and I painted them black for a black and white kitchen. I love it but I have seen navy blue cabinets that I love too. I also see grey on the dark side is a new look. Try to consider what you will be adding and what color goes with what and also what you may not get tired of
Gray seems to be the "in color" right now but other choices might be better considering your brick ceiling. Terra cotta color would be great with the brick ceiling.
Whoever painted the walls & ceiling beams got a LOT of paint on the brick. I would get craft acrylic paint and touch up the bricks to get rid of the wall paint. Paint the exposed beams a DARK color to give your ceiling even more height.
Consider getting a long dresser and putting wheels under it, use it along the wall where all the boxes are. That would increase your cabinet space in your kitchen. I'd would likely choose a bright color, not the same as your cabinets.
What color would you like in your kitchen?? Other than the brick ceiling....the world is your oyster....or charcoal....or sunflower!!! With a brick ceiling and white/cream walls, you decide what colors you love!!!
If the walls are white, then maybe you could try a grey shade. Be sure to clean them well, prime them and then put your finish coat on.
