Is there a way to fix a pressure cooker ring that is cracked?

I have an older pressure cooker holds 4 quarts the rubber sealer is getting cracked I ordered a new one it's not quite large enough it leaks when I go to use it what can I do to help remedy the situation

I have found that Amazon can be a great source for replacement parts along the contact the manufacturer, with my Fagor pressure cooker- I know they sell replacement parts.
Sorry, it can't be used. Do you have a model number or brand name for the pressure cooker? Sometimes you can find a comparable part. You can also try calling the manufacturer.
