Try something like 30 Seconds outdoor cleaner. It's made for algae and mildew. You can spray on and hose it off to rinse. It won't harm grass

Use 4 scoops Oxiclean to 1 gallon of hot as you stand water- or use a deck brush. I swabbed with rag mop, let it sit for at least 20 min, brushed with deck brush to scrub up stains and hose rinse. Thank you Hometalk

I used 80/20 bleach & water with a stiff brush. Then I started spraying with wet & forget outdoor. It's a no scrub cleaner that slowly works to remove the "black & green". I just couldn't stand to wait initially. However, it will work over time.
