How do I fix a sinking sofa bed?

The sofa bed is in good condition on the outside, but it is difficult to get up from the sofa. Pillows are in good shape.

Maxine Hi, Try putting another cushion underneath the top one. Check with a craft store, they should have some or foam you can also use, or buy some cushions at a department store. Aloha!
If you can get under the cushion you can added new strapping and use a stapler to attach them. I built my own chaise lounge and that was how i made mine. I have added the link below so you can see what I mean.
