Lip balm recipes using vanilla oleoresin?

most recipes call for vanilla extract. I'd rather use vanilla oleoresin. Anyone have a recipe or a conversion amount?

Dr. Oz once said to stop buying lip balm. Just rub your finger over your nose - you know how much body oil comes from our noses - and rub that on your lips. Sounds disgusting but it does work especially in the winter.
