Two ways :
1. Paint it an off white , let it dry and then apply an aging wax or dark stain, by rubbing it on and then wiping it off, leaving darker colors in crevices.
2. Paint it a darker color, like charcol, black , or brown. Let it dry, then paint over it with an antique white , let it dry then scuff the edges with some sandpaper.
* use flat paint or better yet, chalk paint for top coat of paint.
* You don't have to use a dark color first, it can be any color that you want to show through.
3. You can also use crackle coat, to do that, paint bottom coat whatever color you want to show through in the cracks. Let it dry, put crackle medium on (it's clear ) then paint it antique white, but make sure all your brush strokes are in the same direction, so the cracks will be as well...
The cracks appear as the top coat of paint dries
