Depending on your skill level and budget, you might be able to find an old dresser at a thrift store to convert into a vanity-it has to be very sturdy (no press board). Check out Pintrest or Utube for upcycling the dresser. Cut a hole in the top of the dresser to insert a sink. Be sure to securely install the sink with bracing underneath it. It will need to hold the sink itself and when it is filled with water.

You can also find pre-made bath cabinets and sinks incorporated into a top that you install. Formica tops and a drop in sink are easy to do. Also, check at Habitat for Humanity Restore in your area for cabinets or other lower units.
