Hello again. Is your old floor bringing you down? If you answered yes, then we have the perfect stencil project for you that is both easy and affordable. Using a tile stencil, you can take your ordinary floor from bland to grand for under $25. Let’s get stenciling!
The stencil used for this DIY floor upgrade is the   for each color to avoid them mixing while stenciling.
After placing your stencil, use your professional stencil brushes to stencil in each part of the design. Make sure to offload the excess paint on your brush onto a paper towel before stenciling the floor. This helps reduce paint from seeping underneath the stencil. The number one mistake when stenciling is having too much paint on your stencil brush or roller!
Pounce your professional stencil brush up and down for maximum coverage. This design is so simple but so gorgeous. The different hues of blue really complement each other but, feel free to use whatever colors you want!
Peel back your stencil to see the gorgeous tile you created. Isn’t the result so satisfying? Plus, you’re not spending a ridiculous amount of money!
Align the stencil with the previously stenciled portions. This registration system makes stenciling easier than ever!
Keep stenciling until your new tile floor is complete. It’s so simple yet the finished product looks like it was done by a professional! And don’t forget to protect your beautiful stenciled floor with at least 2 coats of water-based polyurethane.
Isn’t this pattern stunning? Buying real tiles can cost hundreds of dollars! However, with just a stencil and some paint this stencil project cost around $25. What a steal! Your floor never looked better.

I removed all the carpeting from my home and now I have cement floors. I just love this Stenciling and the colors are perfect. Would or could I seal my cement floor with a white sealer then stencil on sealant? I want to try it in my guestroom.
