I would put in vertical 2x4s or 2x6s to make sections. Fill the lower sections with a solid wall to keep people from damaging screens. Then build frames to hold screen material and fit between your vertical posts. The screen panels can be a wooden frame with the screen stretched and stapled in place and then covered with more wood. Sort of like an Oreo cookie with the screen being the white filling. Attach screen sections to the posts with screws so you can take the screens down for later repairs.
