Which sheets don't pill?

I know this isn't really a DIY question but I know someone here will know the answer. I don't like microfiber but I am tired of purchasing sheets only to have them begin to pill a month later. What is the fabric combination or content or count that I should be looking for in sheets that will feel crisp and smooth? TIA

Donna. .. Vero linens say they don't pill and I'm sure there are others but they usually sale for $300 to $600 a set...just more than I am willing to pay. I have purchased Egyptian cotton very reasonably and have had no problem and I use Tide and hear that chemicals in it will damage fiber but have had no problems.
100 % cotton doesn't pill. Egyptian cotton 200 or more thread count is great. Find them at Tuesday Morning for under $60. Great buy since they really last
Stick with cotton blends like the eqyptian cotton . I hate those microfiber ones too. I had one split within a month. I don't know why almost all bedding is made of that now.
Make sure the sheets are made with long threads. It should say on the tag. It is the short threads that come loose in the wash and cause the pilling. Also the cheap ones.
100% cotton, especially with long ply like Pima or Egyptian. Blends will pill. The type of cotton is more important than thread count which is a marketing gimmick.
