How do i readhere vinyl plank flooring?

Clean the area out of dirt and dust. Use tile mastic and a grooved trowel. Lay the planks down. Wipe off any squeeze out with a damp cloth.
Try to get a little Liquid Nails under it. Lay something heavy on it until it drys.

I would use Loctite Power Grab, It dries clear. First heat the area with a hair dryer, then apply the glue then put something heavy on it for a few days. You can remove the excess glue with acetone.
