My husband bought stainless steel heavy wire roll out drawers that are wonderful. He put one on each shelf ( two in a bottom cabinet) and I do not have to bend over and look for pots and pans or their lids. Skillets are in the next cabinet top shelf with platters and cutting boards on the bottom shelf/drawer. And so on for two morecabinets and four shelves/drawers. Wonderful!
Pull out sliders mounted inside lower cabinets come in two main styles- wood or metal. The picture that Naomie posted above, shows the wooden style. Lana is referring to the metal style, pictured below.
Both of these options are purchased ready made. Unless you have all the necessary tools and workshop as shown in the video, they not diy projects.

The revashelf line are great choices for your consideration. We have seen them in big box hardware stores. We recently installed the pop out hidden sponge- wand holder at the sink.
