When do I prune hydrangea and how.? Some years they bloom like crazy ?

Be careful pruning hydrangeas. If they are not blooming it's because use pruned off the beginning flower buds. Some hydrangea bloom on old wood and some bloom on new wood. If you cut them down too far when you prune, you're cutting off the flowers for next year. Only prune immediately after flowering and don't prune too far down the stalk or you'll cut the flowers off.
