Buy the glass candle holder at any dollar store then add in glass paints from the craft store. A battery operated tea light nestled in epsom salts gives a glow that is flameless and safe.
Supplied needed for this project are pictured above. The 3D gloss enamels are essential to get the look of the finished product. Be sure to get the transparent version.
Cut vinyl is used as a masking in this version. You could use chevron shaped masking tape as an alternate.
