The cameo can be cleaned with a toothbrush, water, and a squirt if dish liquid. For really embedded grime use a damp toothbrush and a dab of white toothpaste (not gel). Gently brush and let the toothpaste foam. Wipe clean and just brush gently with the damp toothbrush only to remove any residue. Dry well.
