Of course I'm about to embark on the basics, mani/pedi makeover. But when I finish I know I'll end up with the same old boring concrete box. Would LOVE ideas on color, anything to add INTEREST!! Many thanks!

I would seriously think about using 2 or even 3 colors. Maybe a pale green, darker army green and then maybe a kaiki brown. Look at home improvement stores for paint swatches and pairings

What a terrific house! I love all the balconies. What about a terra cotta colour? :)

I would place a bright color molding around every window and door. Carry thr same color onto the pots on each posr at the steps and the railings.

Hi there, Shutters - Window Boxes - Door -Turquoise or Burnt Orange - Stone Cladding walls under balconies? Railings at top of stairs to enclose the entrance terrace - Identical large Pots for top of stairs with Seasonal plants.

First I’d trim the tree on the right to open up the balcony and whatever is below it, which would balance the whole house better. A picture farther away that would show the roof lines too would be helpful. I’d take tracing / tissue paper and go over the photo’s basic lines of the house..and make a few copies of that. Play around with color markers on the main part of the house...and contrasting colors for the window / door areas. Think vertical lines, like board and batten, or even diagonal lines as well. A dusty rose color might look nice...like your flowers by the steps. Would love to see what you come up with when its done ! 😃

Been thinking about your quest for your house! ...suggest you find some wallpaper, sheets, material or rugs with a pattern you like...and experiment with the basic designs or patterns.

How does a rich warm Santa Fe tan for main part of your house and Neuvo terra & terracotta as accent colors sound? maybe aqua on front door to make it stand out more. maybe paint the porch, could add some large planters with bright beautiful flowers; trim the trees & plantings & add some landscaping lights.

I love your house & look forward to seeing an update on your remodel 🤗
