Is this question for the upside down tomato cage topiary? Flip the cage , bend loose ends as close as you can to form the pointed top. Use either Xmas garland or ivy garland wrapped around all exposed metal. This will be an "airy look". It's looks good with miniature lights wrapped around it. What ever other decoration is up to your preference. Hope this helps.
