If you have upper cabinets on either of your kitchen, that don't have shelves on the side, this is a great way to "open" up the area !

Ok, I can't take credit for this idea, when we bought this house, it was already there, installed by the original homeowner.
When looking at this picture, only the center is a real window, the mirrors are on the left and right, of the window.

This is looking at it from one angle, looking towards the left mirror...

And this angle, is looking towards the right side mirror.
When standing at the sink, you don't feel closed in by the cabinets on either side of you..it just feels bright and open, and you can see in all directions!!! It sort of works like those trifold bathroom mirrors.
I have never seen this done , and wanted to share the idea. Everyone who visits and stands at my sink , always comment on what a great idea it is.

To do this , get 2 mirrors as close to the size of the side of the cabinet, and attach with clips or mine has a metal lip on the top and bottom and the mirror slides in.

Suggested materials:

  • 2 mirrors and some kind of attachment, there are various types
