I love to set the dining room table with special touches. To layer the plates and add the crystal and silverware. And to add casual elegance I like to add chargers. You know those large plates that go under the dishware. This project will show you how to get the look.

I started off by spray painting the chargers with the Spray Paint Chalk paint in cream. It took several coats for good coverage.

After they were thoroughly dry I started gluing on fabric leaves. Make sure you know the colors and pattern you want to do before you start to glue on the leaves. Use spray glue and spray the leaf. Place on the charger.

Once again make sure the glue is dry. Brush on a varnish to protect the finish. And that is how you add casual elegance to your fall table.
