Most varieties of Iris bloom Mid-March to mid-April (dwarf varieties) and mid-April to mid-May for the taller bearded iris. They are only supposed to bloom once a year. I double checked online just to make sure I was correct. Might have just taken them a while to get used to Florida. Best wishes.

Wishing you tons of beautiful blooms and that they are happy in their new home!

Hello. Cindy here. Try mixing a tablespoon of Epson Salt with a gallon of water. Stir until dissolved. Pour it on the soil at the base of the plant. Then give it more water. The extra water will help the roots receive the E Salt quicker. This will put enzymes back into the soil and plants thrive with it. Repeat every 2 weeks.

Wait until next year, they may bloom again since they will be established. Who knows, they may bloom earlier in the year with the difference in climates.

Hello. Iris's bloom in spring. I live in WI and have brought some back from AR that took a few years before they bloomed. They should bloom in spring for you, if not next spring hopefully the one after that.

I find in the midwest, if you plant iris in the spring, they will grow that year, but not bloom. next year, you will have growth AND blooms. Good luck. Iris are so pretty.

It might be too warm for iris. Can you see the rhizome (root) on ground level? One common reason why iris don't bloom is that they are planted too deeply.
