    If you are talking about grout lines in tiles; Try equal parts of Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda use a sturdy toothbrush or ?, when the work is done & bright and dry, seal the grout with a sealer. Just something to try.

    Clorox Bleach Pen fits in the grout lines fairly well. I tried everything, including straight bleach & soaking, with no luck because some of the grout was deep stained. I painted it with outdoor paint and sealed it. Here's a hometalk project on the subject as well:

  • I made an Oxy Clean paste with water and scrubbed it with a toothbrush. Wiped it off with a damp rag. Cleaned it right up. Forgotten how blue my grout actually was! Then sealed it well.
