Is there a new rose bush that is better than the knock out rose? Mine have been so disease prone and higher maintenance than I thought

Hi. Use hardy heirloom varieties. They've withstood the test of time and ones that are native to your area will be easy to maintain. Good luck.
Go on line and check out roses for your planting zone and you should be able to find one that is disease resistant.
