White button down dress shirts. The collar has a yellow stain along the inside and top of collar. Also, one shirt has an ink spot size of dime. Tried 90% rubbing alcohol but not working. Sorry for the earlier vague inquiry, I am new to this awesome site.
Rubbing alcohol should work on the ink unless it's been through the dryer. You do need to let it sit for a while though. Hydrogen peroxide and also lemon juice can whiten as well, but if it's really stubborn, you might try straight bleach. It may be harsh, but if the shirt is not wearable as it is, it might be worth a try. I'd do it in a sink so that there would be water close by in case you need to dilute it fast.
Hair spray for ink, if you haven’t washed it yet. Shampoo for the collar. There was a product called wisk when I was a kid specifically for the collar issue. Don’t know if they still make it but my best friend’s mom swore by it. My dad’s clothes went to the cleaners so my mom got off lucky.

If long hydrogen peroxide soaking doesn’t do it, dollar stores carry generic Oxy Clean and I would soak it in a solution if that.
Straight chlorine bleach is caustic and will eat the fabric.
