Avons Skin So Soft with a scrubby will clean it up but be sure to wipe it down , especially the floor because it can be slick.
I use baking soda to get rid of soap scum. I just sprinkle it on and use a damp cloth to scrub.
I don't like scrubbing all the time, so I spray with vinegar after showers to prolong scrubbing.
