There's always bleach -
Usually once it has yellowed it has become permanent
It may be that your yellowed plastic is done for. Many times when plastic begins to turn yellow it also begins to get brittle and try as you may it just has reached the end of it's life. You can try soaking in bleach or scrubbing it.
