How can I refinish my cultured marble countertop?

My bathroom vanities are both cultured marble with the built in sinks. Can I paint somehow and maybe seal with epoxy?? Hmmm... maybe Unicorn Spit?

Not really, it will peel and be a bigger mess later.

Hi Debbie! Can you elaborate a little about the condition of your sinks?

We have used car polish on cultured marble to bring out the shine in the past. Use it the same way you would on a car. Be sure the sink is spotless and dry. If there is any calcium build up you might need to get as much of that as possible. Try a small spot and see how it does. I recommend the "paste" in a can and not the liquid. Post back here and show some before and after pictures. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I painted marble on my bathroom vanity. same steps as painting any thing else. I cleaned and sanded used a grip primer and Rustoleum spray paint. Did this a few years ago and still looks new.

Thankyou!! I’m so glad to hear that! Do you think an epoxy finish would wear well?
