Some kind of tile might be your best bet. They make tiles that look like wood now, I have it in my bathroom and it is very durable. I bought it at Home Depot. Wood or laminate may scratch. Good luck I hope you find what you are looking for.
Ceramic tile or a vinyl floor, even those that are made to look like wood may work for you.
