I spray painted mine..I taped off sink area and used dollar store plastic tablecloths draped over the rest of the area ..this is important, because whenever you use spray paint there will be A LOT of fine over spray , no matter how careful you are... I first cleaned it well , then scuffed it with a sanding sponge , wiped it with damp paper towels to remove all the dust , let it dry then painted it . I used 2 coats . I did this to hold me over a year until we re did the bathroom . It held up well , but I don't have kids at home..
I had 1 tiny (pin prick size ) chip... I think If I were doing it again , I would have sprayed a clear coat on top , to help protect it .
