It sounds like your peppers may have Bacterial Leaf Spot disease. :( There is no cure for it, but there are ways to prevent it and keep it from spreading. I am not a horticulturist so this may not be the answer. -Linda

Hi Jup. Cindy here. You are dealing with a fungal disease. It's called anthracnose. wow, that's a mouthful. The pepper is not ruined but you should harvest it earlier than usual. The good news is that you can control this fungal disease by mulching, planting resistant varieties or using a copper based fungicide. Hope this helps.
