How do I get the cold water running in my powder room?

We had the faucet replaced two years ago. The hot water is great. The cold started coming out a little more than a drip about six months ago. I have tried plugging the faucet & Turning the water on. Also tried turning it on & off Under the sink. I thought maybe air was in the pipe. Nothing has worked. Thank you, Jennifer

You have a clogged pipe. You'll have to get a plumber in if you don't do plumbing. The lines are not that big and calcium from hard water plugs them over time.

Hi Betsy, It is a half bath on the main floor with ONE faucet. The hot water works great. I have cleaned out the screen & Checked out the washers. The faucet has one handle, if you turn it to the cold water you get a few drops. Thanks, Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. Betsy is more than likely correct. There are two water lines ( one hot, one cold) which go through a diverter to your single handle faucet. This problem occurs mostly in galvanized pipes, which should be replaced, if that is the case.
