For camping , I saw a good idea , using a 5 gallon bucket , lined with plastic bags , then take some pipe insulating foam , since it already has a slit in it , put it around the top , not only makes it more comfortable , but helps hold the plastic bag in place !
I don't know how comfortable it would be, but you can also use a pool noodle. You would have to cut a slit though.
