What do you mean by lifting? warping, gaps between boards? explain so we can help you.... one thing that comes to mind, if you installed the flooring did you leave a gap all the way around for the boards to expand and contract? cause if not they will buckle.

Are they swelling from water?

How long was the floor installed? Even though you say its past warranty Id still contact them because it sounds to me to be a installation job not done properly or the flooring is defective. You have nothing to lose by reaching out to Lumber Liquidators and talking to a Manager or above about the job that they did. You are a senior citizen on a fixed income and don't have the means to replace the floor plus it is now a safety issue if the flooring is lifting. You could trip or fall at your age. Id definitely try that route first and see what they say. They should at least send someone over to assess the situation. A floor doesn't just lift and warp like that unless it was defective/inferior flooring or it was not installed properly. Go after the company who installed it. If no satisfaction from them to make good on it Id then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That usually gets their attention and a solution to the problem. You shouldn't have to live with warped floors. Hope this helps. I just hate when companies take your money and dont stand behind their products/workmanship. I always fight for the principle of the matter and always win. You have nothing to lose by asking/contacting the company. There is no fix for this other than replacing the lifting boards.

B. I know what you are talking about....I have laminate floors also and are out of warranty. I can see where we walk a lot that the ends are doing what yours are doing. I always considered it wear and tear and that there is really nothing to be done about it, short of replacing the whole floor....wouldn't hurt to get a flooring person's opinion, however.

Same thing happened to us. Before more warping occurred we went and bought laminated vinyl flooring and had it installed. Been over 5 years now and this still look like new. Looks like hardwood flooring and I love it even more then the other. About the same price with the installation cost as the laminated hardwood but so worth it. Wish I had know about the vinyl first as would have saved money.
