How do I remove baked on spills from grill pan?

I have a pan that came with the oven. I used it to catch spills from a roast and now it’s terribly stained. I soaked it and scrubbed with soda. Nope! Then I soaked and scrubbed with Barkeeper’s Friend. No change!
i have ruined my manicure, but I cannot afford to trash this pan. Any other ideas?
A stainless steel scouring pad. Not the Brillo type but one that is made out of stainless. Dishsoap and that will take it off. Wear rubber gloves next time you use something abrasive and it won't cost you your manicure.

Not quite eco-friendly, but I just cleaned mine with oven cleaner. It was way worse than yours appears to be. I sprayed it real good, let it sit outside a day, filled it with hot water and let it sit another day. It cleaned right up, no scrubbing
Use distilled white vinegar and a steel (not Brillo) scrubber.
When you are done with the scrubber, put it in the front of your dishwasher so it's handy for the next job, and it stays clean and out of the way.
Wear gloves to protect your nails.

Automatic Dishwashing Granules with a little water added. Let soak overnight. Been doing this for many years.
Put it in your bath tub or large enough tub to hold it. Cover with hot, hot water, 1/2 cup blue dawn soap and 8 dryer sheets (bounce ). Let sit overnight and wipe off the "sludge". Works great to clean your oven racks too.
Depending on whether you can use on the metal. Spray on oven cleaner but spray outside and let it do the work outside.
I use oven cleaner, I use the Dollar Tree Awesome Oven & Grill cleaner, and a brillo pad to clean mine and my clients.
Put the pan into a garbage bag, add 1/2 cup of ammonia, and tie the bag shut. Leave it sit (preferably outside) for about 24 hours and the stains should come right off.
I use that Krud Kleaner and let it soak for a while and then it comes right off.
Soak in a strong solution of hot water and powdered dishwasher detergent. The pan looks large, so you could do it in the bathtub.
Oven cleaner.
Put your pan in a plastic bag like a kitchen garbage bag,
spray it with oven cleaner,
tie the bag and put it in a warm spot,
let it sit for the suggested time,
wipe it off with paper towels,
wash it with dish soap and there you go, good as new!
