Maybe you need to reroute your downspouts or regrade your property. Good luck!

I would put a longer downspout on the right, where people don't walk.

You really need to redirect that water because it's seeping into the ground too close to your home and can cause foundation problems as time goes by. Regrading your front property is one fix but you can also consider a french drain to redirect the water. For a french drain you can begin by digging a small trench that will have a downward incline towards another area of the yard or street. You can line it with a heavy grade plastic tarp and gravel or you could use pvc pipe large enough to allow a good water flow away from your home. You can get really fancy by making a dry creek look with large rocks and plants on the banks. Save your home's foundation and get creative with what ever your budget will allow. Good luck!

First, get a longer downspout and redirect the water.

Then, think about a rain garden!

All you need to do is make sure the lawn is "below" your sidewalk. One comment above mentioned regrading... just take a shovel and cut away the high areas around the cement. Easy... won't cost you anything, you can DIY.

You need to get some dirt under the walk to lift it up sounds like it slumped a little

Dig a swale to collect water aprox. 4 to 5 feet from the foundation....it’s a shallow depression that will collect water.a mini holding pond. I would also put dirt up against foundation of your house as

well. Give it a 45 degrees angle to the foundation.
