i have metal studs. now do i hang anything on walls

You can either use metal piercing screws or self tapping screws. They should be at least 11/2" long screws if its a flat metal piece. Add 11/2" to the thickness of the piece you are going to hang.
You can use Command Hooks. You do not have to nail or screw into studs.
It depends on the weight of the object. Command hooks are great for lighter object or object that are not breakable (in case they fall off the wall). Self-Drilling Drywall Anchors with Screws are good for medium weight items. Metal piercing screws into the studs would be necessary for heavy objects.
