Krylone and Rustoleum both make a plastic spray paint.

oxyclean powder and a bit water and a brush to clean it. Then you need a primer and a paint for plastic. I think it was a rustoleum for plastic...it’s been a good 10 yrs back.

Before you paint use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser (heavy duty ones)...it will take dirt., mold, mildew and grime right off.

Use Awesome spray cleaner from the Dollar Store takes off ALL dirt. It the furniture is plastic or vinyl there is special spray paint for that. Rustoleum plastic 2X has great coverage. I did my vinyl shutters and they look terrific.
