Is it possible to hang mirrors in a shower?
If so can someone please explain to me how to do this without using glass mirrors.

For shaving? Or for wall tile?
You may want to use shiny stainless. I had a mirrored shower door that was sealed in a plastic backing facing the shower and after a few years it peeled badly. Some stainless sheeting is almost mirror like and will take being in the water.
They make special mirrors for the shower. We have one in our large shower and it affixes to the tile by suction cups. It's a special material that doesn't fog.
