Turn Off the water supplies and disconnect all the pipeworks. If bolted to the floor, release the bolts. Get help if you can as it may be heavy and even if not it will be bulky to manage alone.

If its a fiberglass unit once you get it loose and out in the open and can’t get it through any door openings cut it up with a sawzall. If you do it this way make sure you wear a mask and eye protection.

If this is fiberglass pulling it out should not be hard but if this is cast iron, you will have to sawzall or use a sledgehammer. BOTH require ear protection since its such a small room. I have seen two full grown men wrangle out a cast iron whole but I can guess that wasn’t good for their backs and shoulders! Follow Johns instructions above, but be careful not to drop the cast iron on your foot, and clear all the throw rugs all the way out, so you avoid injuries.

I removed a cast iron tub years ago and put in a shower pan. It was REALLY heavy. I used a sledge hammer and smashed it into manageable pieces. The problem with tubes is that they normally bring them into the house during construction when they don't have to worry about walls and doorways.
