How to seal the rubber on a garage door?

Just purchased new shop doors. They look lovely. The new doors have a rubber seal on each of the bottom of the doors. Problem is the concrete is not completely smooth so there is several gaps where the rubber seal does not fit tightly against the concrete. The doors face West, the direction of adverse weather in this area which means there could be water or snow that could still enter into the shop under the doors. Not sure about what options are available to remedy the problem. Maybe a threshold? Concrete filler/smoother? Anyone have any thoughts or ideas that might help?

Hi there you can buy a garage floor bumper that sticks on the concrete to give you a good seal.
There might be thicker rubber seals out there to replace it with.

when my new doors were installed, I also had some gaps. They took plastic bags and put them in e rubber sill.
And it worked
The rubber on the door bottoms is made to seal against a threshold. You can install a threshold if it won't be in your way.
i have the same problem. i've been thinking about attaching pool noodles to the bottom of the garage door somehow.
am i crazy? has anyone else thought of this?
If you do decide to level the concrete make sure you use a latex modified concrete resurfacing compound. What I would do is install a threshold with the doors closed. Then shim the threshold till it touches the rubber. Fill any gaps with door and window Great Stuff expandable foam. Cut out any squeeze out once it hardens.
