I want to make a room divider out of recycled windows and plywood that suspends from the ceiling or be tall enough to be size proportionate to 12 foot ceilings

You can use eye bolts screwed into the ceiling rafters, chain to suspend the windows, and another eye bolt in the window.

If there are no rafters where you want to divide the room, you will have to do a build out to support the weight of the windows. If you can access the attic, you can add additional boards where you want the dividers to hang.

Not sure what you want to do with the plywood unless you are wanting to make it look like a wall. In that case, you would need to build the floating wall and suspend it in the same manner with the eye bolts attached to the wall frame instead of the window itself.

Instead of chain, you can use stainless steel wire with wire crimps. I really like it when doors are hung horizontally.

Here's a good idea. It may be a little more light-weight for hanging than windows and plywood.
