I bought an old meat grinder and it's all rusty how do I restore that?

Soak the whole grinder in vinegar for a day to get out any bits of meat and other food. Wash the grinder in dishwater. Then soak it in motor oil, lemon juice, vegetable oil, WD40, or another rust remover. Scrub with a wire brush. Then wipe every part with rags or paper towels. Then, unless it is damaged, the grinder will be ready for use in the kitchen or just on display. Best wishes, Chris. ☺️

I agree with Jewel about vinegar soak. Then you can get the rust off with Naval Jelly it eats away the rust and it easily cleans off. After that paint it with Rustoleum.

Just to add.... make sure you grind up a good amount of bread to make sure everything is out of your blade. Good luck.
