OMG - I DID this! Sorry, no photo.... I used tan felt. purchased by the yard, Cut two sides as a giant potato and pinned them together (Sewing would be better) I used felt squares to cut out the eyes, nose, and mouth, giant moustache, etc. and made some spare parts, and stapled giant ears on the sides. I attached the loopy side velcro to the body parts, so that I could switch them. Stapled a giant ziploc inside to hold the parts. Worn with a white turtleneck and black leggings. I happened to have a giant pair of white cartoon character gloves for the hands, and some giant plastic clown feet. (at your local halloween stop) Thrift store derby - I think it was a leprechaun's, but I spray- painted it black. The potato was from neck to knees, and the eyeballs were the size of small serving platters, to give you an idea. You could do Mrs. Potato head the same, with eyelashes, big pink/red lips, a colored wig, giant earrings, and a huge purse. happy halloween!

You can buy a big oversized brown t-shirt then use colored felt and fabric glue to add the eyes, nose, and mouth!

Want to be the Hit of the Party ?

Buy a large watermelon, hollow it out from one end, shellac the inside, cut eye holes and a mouth hole (suitable for eating), spray paint it brown and glue on some smallish parts of ginger root to look like the eyes !

    Off you go !

You WILL win the Best Costume Prize !!!
