You can try the paper bag method, or you can look up a recipe for fried green tomatoes and use them that way.

I took all the green tomatoes off my plant and just put them on my counter, I don't have a kitchen window :-( or I would have put then on the window sill and they did turn and were delicious

Tomatoes will continue to ripen for a good while once picked. I have had green ones on my counter that take weeks to ripen. The leaves falling off the plant don't matter to the tomatoes. Cut them off and the plant will exert effort to the tomatoes instead of the leaves. I also agree with Ellis. I LOVE fried green tomatoes. If you eat one by itself it has the taste of cardboard. Something happens when you batter fry them (or air fry) and the flavor comes alive.

Wrap each tomato individually with either newspaper or brown paper bags and place in a dark place. My father in law used under the bed! Check regularly. They should ripen evenly.

Don't put them in a bag. Put them on a wndow sill or counter. They will ripen.
