How do I or where do I get a picture framed the size of a poster?

I printed a posting that I really liked off of Facebook and it’s the size of a poster I’d like to frame it I don’t know if I could make a frame but I have looked all over and can’t find a frame that big

Every craft and hobby store, Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, office supply stores all carry basic poster sized frames. Or you can make your own, it is not that difficult.
