The same product used for garage floors if they're concrete. Just go to your local hard wood store and inquire. You can even jazz it up and add some color.

paint with epoxy color of your choice. Also there is a "new" carpet/mat out one uses in a garage that absorbs water maybe you could use it.

Until you figure out how to keep the water out of the basement I would not put anything on the floor. If the concrete is wet or damp anything you put on will peel and blister and become ugly looking. Determine where the water is coming from and see what you can do to fix that first. At my house it was new rain gutters and redoing some window wells. No water since.

  • Is moisture seeping through the concrete or do you have a leak somewhere? If it's seeping, there are products designed specifically for sealing concrete basement, otherwise you will have to find the leak.

Did you check your outside area for poor drainage? Regrade the area, if needed, to direct water at least 10' away from your foundation.

You need to solve the water problem first. Waste of time to spend time and money on anything that can get damaged or won't last.
