How to get mold off outdoor grout?

We have mold growing around the pool in the grout where it gets wet most. Does anyone know a good way to get rid of this. We are going to tackle this during dry season, as it rains in Florida quite a bit now.

Hello L Creative. I'm Cindy. You could add water to a bucket with a couple squirts of dish soap. Then add about one-quarter cup of bleach. Mix well. The water and soap will clean the surface and the bleach will kill the mold. You could scrub the grout with an old toothbrush, making sure this solution gets in every nook and cranny. Wishing you well.
I high pressure washer will work great to remove all the mold.

When we lived in Naples, Florida, we had problems with mold on the cement inside of the lanai. We used Muriatic Acid on it, but that was cement, you would have to check and make sure it wouldn't damage any tile or grout first. We used the strongest kind, not the kind you normally find with the pool chemicals. You could try using bleach water to clean the mold, then follow with a good coat of straight vinegar to kill the spores. You can do this even in the rainy season and it will help forestall some of the growth until the rainy season is over.
Thank you! We were just in Naples a couple of weekends ago. That helps a lot, Nancy. Lots of great ideas on here. I think it is real rock so we probably won’t try the acid.
