It has black leaves on it with the curved handle the glass vase very pretty etched and the spiral downward to a tip...with the base being a black saucer My image is not showing the bottom or thenice leaf pattern it is black in color

I posted earlier but this photos takes the whole image in.
My mom had something similar from Europe and was used to serve wine or brandy. I know I have it packed away in my garage somewhere.
It looks like a wine dispenser. I'm only guessing because of the grape leaves and vines. It's definitely a beautiful piece.
