If it is a bifold screen type of room divider - used furniture places usually have some for sale.
If you want a tall divider, the bifold screens is a good option because they can be removed. If you want to separate areas in a big space, do it with furniture placement.
It depends on your purpose and how large an area.
If temporary the bi-fold screens, accordion doors, furniture, or sliding doors.

Depending on what you need it for (sound proofing). You could hang plexiglass or use doors you can get from the Restore and hinge them or possibly hang a rod and get the thermal curtains (helps with sound) but you can always open them or drape them off to the side
I like using an open shelving unit. Not for privacy...but looks good on both sides, adds storage, and a design element. Could not find site, but someone used an Ikea shelving unit and attached a flat screen TV...storage and entertainment and a divider in one!
